Free 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a full refund. Returns are free — we’ll cover the cost of return shipping by providing you with a prepaid shipping label.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at info@propandhook.com to request a return. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email with a credit memo as proof that your refund has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
